A system built inside the work, not away from it
ATLAS began inside a signage and installation company in Riyadh with the same problems: materials leaving for sites, approvals on WhatsApp, progress bills computed by hand. It was built to solve them for a team that actually works in the field — and then made available to other companies with the same kind of work.
In the Arabic we work in
Screens, messages and documents are written in the language of the work, not translated from a foreign system. English with one toggle for whoever needs it.
From the site to the office
The document starts on the supervisor's phone on site and reaches the general ledger without anyone re-entering it. That is the principle everything was built on.
A copy per client
Not a system shared between companies. Every client has its own database and URL, and its data is fully isolated.
Client by client, not account by account
Every company gets its own copy, and we set it up together: loading data, opening balances, approval chains and training. We only grow as far as we can serve well.
