Raw material in, product out — and the stock matches
A steel, aluminium, wood or acrylic workshop buys raw materials and sells products. What lies in between (components, waste, production orders) is what gets lost. ATLAS links purchasing to production to sales to the accounts.
The problems that repeat in the workshop
The count does not match and nobody knows why
Material is cut for a product without being deducted, nobody records the waste, and at month end the difference is called a "shortage".
Buying by phone, the invoice arrives later
The purchase order is undocumented, receiving has no paperwork, and the supplier invoice is paid in installments nobody remembers.
Tax invoices and the return at the last minute
Sales in a notebook, purchases in a drawer, and the VAT return compiled by hand every quarter.
Labour, payroll and custody
Iqamas in a folder, payroll in Excel, and cash custody for small purchases without settlement.
Buy → produce → sell → post, in one line
Purchasing and suppliers
Material request → purchase order → raw material receipt → supplier invoice with VAT → installment payments tied to the order. The AI assistant reads the invoice photo and fills in the lines.
Details →Production with BOMs
Every product has its components and quantities. The production order deducts materials automatically, waste is recorded as an adjustment with its reason, and the product enters stock finished.
Details →Clients and invoices
Client PO → delivery → invoice or progress bill with QR code and ZATCA integration → collection. And the client statement on the workshop's letterhead.
Details →Accounts by themselves
Every invoice, voucher and payslip posts its entry. The VAT return from sales and purchases is ready, and the income statement at any time.
Details →Cash and bank
The workshop's cash box and bank account, transfers between them, and reconciliation of the bank statement against the ledger.
Details →Labour and payroll
Every worker's file and iqama (read from the photo), an approved payslip, and custody for small purchases with settlement.

We are a small workshop — is the system too big for us?
You use what you need. Modules you do not use are hidden from the menu, and if approval chains are empty the document goes straight through.
We have no accountant — will the accounts be right?
Entries post automatically from approved documents using a ready chart of accounts. But the tax return and financial statements must be reviewed by an accountant before filing — the system prepares them, it does not replace the accountant.
Our products are made to order for each client
Components can be at project level, not only product level — every order has its own components.
