This draft is written plainly and describes the current reality, but it must be reviewed by legal counsel before publication, and the company's legal name and commercial registration number must be added.
1 · What this website collects
The website is a set of static pages that describe the system. The only thing it collects is what you type into the "request a demo" form: your name, company name, mobile number, activity, approximate number of employees, and your note. We use it only to reply to your request.
- No tracking cookies and no advertising. The site stores a small flag in the browser (sessionStorage) so the intro screen does not repeat within the same session; it is cleared when the browser closes.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts and animation libraries from content delivery networks (cdnjs and jsDelivr); your browser requests them directly from those services under their policies.
- If we add a visitor analytics tool in the future, we will name it here and say what it collects.
2 · Where demo request details go
They are sent to the ATLAS team so we can reply, and we keep them as long as we are in contact with you about the demo. You can ask us to delete them at any time through the channels on the contact page.
3 · Your company's data inside the system
When you become a client, your company gets its own copy of the system: its own database and its own URL. The data you enter (items, clients, suppliers, employees, documents, photos, entries) belongs to your company, is stored in your own database project on a cloud service, and no other company can reach it.
- Access is by account and password, with permissions set per user by your company's management.
- The ATLAS team accesses your copy only for setup and support, and with your consent.
- You can enable automatic backups to your own Google Drive, so a full copy of your data stays with you.
- Optional AI features (reading invoices and iqamas) send the image to the AI service enabled for your copy in order to read it, and are only enabled at your request.
4 · Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw consent to contact at any time. Write to us by email or WhatsApp on the contact page.
5 · Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and describe what changed.
