Terms of use

Last updated:

A draft that summarises the current way of selling. The actual contract with each client is the reference; this text must be reviewed by legal counsel, and the company's legal name and commercial registration number must be added.

1 · The service

ATLAS is a business system for contractors, signage, installation companies and workshops, provided as a private copy per client (a database and a URL of the client's own) on cloud services. The modules and features are described on the features page and evolve over time.

2 · Subscription and fees

  • The setup fee is paid once before setup begins and covers creating the copy, loading data and opening balances, configuring approval chains and training, as per the written quote.
  • The yearly subscription is paid in advance for each year and covers hosting, updates, support and backups, for one company with any number of users.
  • Costs not included in the price (a custom domain, AI usage, custom changes) are written into the quote before you start.
  • Prices are set in the contract, and any change to the renewal price is communicated well before the year ends.

3 · Data

  • All data the client enters into its copy belongs to the client.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy of its data and for managing its users' accounts and permissions.
  • ATLAS accesses the client's copy only for setup and support. Details are in the privacy policy.
  • The client can enable automatic backups to its own Google Drive and export its tables to Excel at any time.

4 · Support and updates

Support is on WhatsApp on working days. General updates reach every copy; changes specific to one company are quoted separately and written into a separate agreement.

5 · Acceptable use

The system is for the client's internal use in running its business. It may not be resold, its copy shared with other companies, or other clients' copies accessed.

6 · Ending the subscription

  • If the client does not renew, the copy keeps running for a short grace period defined in the contract, then is closed.
  • Before closure the client can download a full backup of its data.
  • The setup fee is not refundable as it pays for work done; the yearly subscription is handled as written in the contract.

7 · Limitation of liability

The system is a tool that helps the client run its business and accounts; responsibility for reviewing entries and tax returns and for regulatory compliance rests with the client and its accountant. ATLAS makes every effort to keep the service running and the data protected, and is not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; any dispute is resolved amicably first, then through the competent authorities in Riyadh.
