One price for the whole company — not per user
You pay the setup fee once, then a yearly subscription that covers everything. The figures are set in the quote according to the size of your data and the number of sites, and written into a clear contract before you start.

What the price does not include
So there are no surprises later:
- A custom company domainIf you want a URL such as atlas.yourcompany.com on your own domain, the domain cost is yours and we connect it.
- The AI assistantReading invoices and iqamas with AI is optional, and its cost depends on usage.
- Custom changes for your companyIf you need a screen or a report that does not exist, it is quoted separately.
Is there a per-user price?
No. The subscription covers the whole company, and you add users from settings as you like.
How long is the subscription?
One year, renewed on the same terms. The setup fee is paid once at the start.
If we stop subscribing, where does our data go?
Your data is yours. The full backup is saved to your own Google Drive throughout the subscription, and every table exports to Excel from inside the system.
Is there a trial period?
The demo runs on your own work: you bring one of your live projects and we run it through the system in front of you. Then you decide.
